	Bunny & the hype Bunny & the hype is the brainchild of London based singer songwriter Nico ‘Bunny’ Renson. In his native Belgium, Bunny is best known for his single ‘Leave’, which topped the radio charts in the summer of 2006. His debut album ‘Play to my own tune’ received much critical acclaim. Bunny disappeared from the spotlight to write and produce in the UK for acts including Macy Gray, Kaz James (Bodyrockers) and Melanie Blatt (All Saints). On a trip to LA in 2008, inspired by the sun and the shades he penned the songs for what will be his new album, recorded with his band ‘the hype’. Bunny and the Hype describe their music as ‘Heart felt Hi-Fi’. Melodic pop songs with a sunny sound reminiscent of the Californian session sound of the mid 80’s but without the cheese. All time heroes include Robert Palmer , Steely Dan, Roxy Music, Hall and Oates, Doobie Brothers, Bill Withers, Steve Winwood, Jackson Brown, Tom Petty , Bee gees, Billy Joel and many more. Now the first single 'Talk About It' has just been released for the album release later this month.

	MTC Records wishes you all the very best for 2010. And this year will be a very busy one for MTC Records. We have loads of new projects coming up the next few months. Bunny & The Hype will be releasing his 2nd album end of january. As will Cole Park with its debut album 'Okay For Now'. In february we have the new Dear Leader album 'Stay Epic', a Deadsets EP and March will be Luc Van Acker's return with a brand new pop album. 	BLONDE FIRE sweeps several awards The music video 'Blonde Fire' of The Hickey Underworld and directed bu Joe Vanhouttegem sweeped a couple of awards the last weeks. First of all the video got the Sabam Award at the International Short Film Festival Leuven for best music video. At the Camérimage Festival in Poland that same video beat other international artists such as Eminem and Coldplay, winning the award for Best Video Clip. And then there's always the MIA nomination back in Belgium for Best Video Clip.

	THE MTC NOMINEES FOR THE 2010 MIA AWARDS We are very happy to announce that the MTC artists are very well represented at the MIA AWARDS. The Music Industry Awards, or just MIAs, are Flanders' most important music awards, selected and chosen by the public and the music industry. The Hickey Underworld hold the most nominations for 'Best Rock/Alternative', 'Best Videoclip of Blonde Fire', 'Best Breakthrough', 'Best Artwork' and Hit of the Year for 'Future Words. They are followed by Milk Inc with nominations for 'Best Dance/Electronica' and Hit of the Year for 'Blackout'. Furthermore we have Zap Mama nominated for 'Best Live Act' and Tom Helsen with 'Every Little Thing' for Hit of the Year. 	Laatste berichten met betrekking tot de afgelaste show van 20 maart in de Brabanthallen te Leuven Tussen de organisator van het afgelaste optreden van Milk Inc. in de Brabanthallen van Leuven op 20 maart ll. en MTC Management, het managementbureau van Milk Inc. worden de nodige afspraken gemaakt om tot een regeling te komen waarbij de organisator bereid is tot terugbetaling van de verkochte tickets. Er worden momenteel nog gesprekken gevoerd omtrent de juiste modaliteiten ervan opdat MTC Worldwide Management de correcte uitvoering van de terugbetaling kan opvolgen naar alle betrokkenen.

	The Return of Praga Khan ! After almost 4 years of silence – yet working on different other projects – Maurice Engelen decided to get back on the road with Praga Khan. The band plans to perform a greatest hits tour during the festivalsummer of 2010. There is a reasonable chance that Praga Khan will present new material to the world. 	DEADSETS : newest MTC Management addition This Antwerp-based Shoegaze (or is it Nugaze? well, whatever) has only been formed beginning of this year. But they have already quite a following in the region among the punters and fellow artists. The Hickey Underworld thinks them the next interesting Belgian thing, besides cheeseburger flavored chocolates. Recordings are planned later this year for a 2010 release supported by live shows. Or as Tom Cruise would put it : 'Great songs, great sound. Their leadsinger seems like an intriguing character. I can't wait to have rough man-on-man sex with him in the bushes behind the Spiegeltent, where Tim Wilde once got a handjob from that creepy Chinese loempia lady and Fik from Believo took a dump 'cause he'd heard imaginary clown noises coming from the regular toilet and was too scared to go in. How do I know all this, you ask? CAUSE I'M TOM MOTHERFUCKING CRUISE, BITCH! Peace out.'

	CINEREX new Single + Video Kevin Ross is Cinerex. The Canadian drummer, living in Antwerp for several years, turned producer turned solo. Never mind what was, or what could have been, what matters is "Bring Up The Sun", the new single from the “Edges” album. “Bring Up The Sun” is probably one of the best post-summer, feel-good songs around for the moment. It brings back past memories of warm beaches, holiday, sunsets. Mixed with a hint of melancholy. And the song is accompanied by a high end video, from the hands of Senol Korkmaz and production company Grappa!. Featuring upcoming Belgian model Daisy Ollie who os a perfect match to the song. 	MILK INC: TMF-Awards 2009 On October 10th, Milk Inc once again won the award for Best Dance, it's already the 10th Best Dance Award they've won. They also won the award for Best Live. After 6 Blackout concerts, Milk Inc. returned for a 7th time in 3 weeks to the Sportpaleis. This time it was to perform at the TMF Awards 2009, but also be there as nominees in 3 categories: Best Dance, Best Live and Best Video. During the show they received the awards for Best Dance and Best Live. They thanked their fans, family, friends and crew. To close the awards evening, Regi performed together with Theory of a Deadman's frontman Tyler his new song Loaded Gun. With Milk Inc. afterwards, a medley with the new single Storm and their recent summer hit Blackout. During those songs, Regi, Filip and Peter Schreurs were wearing the white gloves like at the Blackout concerts. Thanks to everybody who voted for Milk Inc. so they could receive these awards once again!

	THE HICKEY UNDERWORLD does Europe (and the UK) Despite the best intentions to keep any band success limited to notorious triangle : De Panne – Dunkerque – Watou by sending Fred, thier three-legged turtle to the uk press conference or suggesting Luxemburg as the most happening music scene ever (past, present and future) it now seems that Europe has embraced this Antwerp quartet. Their latests fans turns out to be Helter Skelter Agency. They represent a nice bunch of international artists such as Kings of Leon, White Lies, Amy Winehouse and Kaiser Chiefs. And they gladly added THU to their list. And start working they did ... After a busy festival summer in their home country Belgium, Europe seems the next step. This Friday they’ll play the infamous Rehperbahn in Hamburg. Next THU supports The Datsuns in London. In the mean time they embark for a club tour with Das Pop in Holland and later this month it’s Paris for the Custom Night Show. Plus a full German and French tour is in the making. 	THE HICKEY UNDERWORLD Blonde Fire The Hickey Underworld proudly presents: 'Blonde Fire', the music video!A strange, reclusive figure is seen digging around in a huge pile of garbage. Out of the found materials, he starts constructing furniture, pets and even people. But not all his creations behave the way he wants them to... Starring Bart D’Hondt as the Creative Hermit, Lotte Troch as his Buck Naked Girlfriend, and Jimmy Wouters as The Drummer Unable To Suppress His Moronic Grin, Thus Ruining His Only Close-Up. The nightmarish, feverish images were dreamt up by Joe Vanhoutteghem, who usually directs commercials under the name of Lionel Goldstein, together with his partner-in-crime Koen Mortier. ‘Blonde Fire’ is Joe’s first music video. The superb cinematography comes courtesy of Nicolas Karakatsanis, the beardy image catcher also responsible for the ‘Mystery Bruise’ video and the band’s bizarre photoshoots. The Blonde Fire video has been called ‘controversial’, ‘disgusting’ and ‘rabbit-unfriendly’, but we just find it to be funny, poetic and –kudos to Mr. Joe- in perfect harmony with our song.

	Zap Mama: ReCreation Zap Mama has a plan. The multicultural musical entity led by Afropean vocalist and songwriter Marie Daulne is sending everyone on vacation, and the first and only item on the itinerary is ReCreation, the new album set for release on September 14, 2009 through MTC Records. 	HEADPHONE: Yesmen Video On the video of the new single 'YESMEN' Headphone collaborated with an upcoming young director. Bernhard Schepens is in his early twenties and already did several acclaimed short movies. As his final university project he has directed the video for 'YesMen'. And the end result is pretty damn good. It's also a break for the band with the previous videos. No more pure animation, but for the time with Headphone in a leading role in a very stylish video.
